Mindfulness Institute for Students

Are you interested to learn how mindfulness can help you meet the challenges of everyday life with greater ease?

Are you intrigued to learn how mindfulness can help you enhance your ability to pay attention, increase your overall well-being, and improve your academic performance?

Mindfulness Series for Community Members

This introduction to mindfulness series meets four consecutive weeks during the semester, usually in the evenings.

Anyone who has an interest in building a practice of mindfulness or experienced practitioners who want to invigorate their practice are encouraged to attend.

Making Friends with Yourself: A Mindful Self-Compassion Program for Young Adults

Making Friends With Yourself (MFY) is a no-cost 8-week program held each fall and spring semester that offers participants specific tools in mindfulness and self-compassion to recognize and manage their everyday struggles. This course helps participants learn how to meet life’s challenges with kindness and compassion.
