MIND 101: The Practice of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion

Course Description: This course explores the theory, research and practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, compassion for others, and the nature of well-being. The course will develop experiential knowledge of these states through secular mindfulness and compassion practices.

Transfer Requirements: This 3-unit course meets CSU General Education Requirements for Area E: Lifelong Understanding and Self-Development.
