Creating a Mindful Well-Being Plan

This workshop will explore mindfulness, gratitude, and well-being while encouraging participants to reflect on the successes of their semester. Space will be provided to evaluate personal mindful self-care goals to encourage readiness for Fall 2023. For those that attending the ‘Creating a Mindful Well-Being Plan’ workshop during Spring Flex Day Training, this workshop will allow for time to reflect on your current mindful self-care plan and evaluate your needs for next semester.
