The MIND (Mindfulness) Academic Program offers 3-unit, transferable courses in mindfulness and compassion that develop student resilience and wellbeing within a caring community.
We offer programs designed to help you cultivate contemplative practices and personal well-being.
The MIND (Mindfulness) Academic Program offers 3-unit, transferable courses in mindfulness and compassion that develop student resilience and wellbeing within a caring community. The Mindful Growth Initiative promotes values of belonging, respect, accountability and compassion to enhance learning and growth through events across campus. Together, the MIND Academic Program and Mindful Growth work to improve student performance and retention, and enhance well-being for faculty, staff and students.

All Fullerton College students, staff, faculty, and administrators are welcome to join us for a half-hour mindfulness practice held on Zoom.
