Mindfulness Workshops for FC Students
Are you intrigued to learn how mindfulness can help you enhance your ability to pay attention, increase your overall well-being, and improve your academic performance? If so, please join us for free workshops held fall and spring semesters to learn about the basics of mindfulness. These workshops are open to all Fullerton College students!

Thoughtful Thursdays

All Fullerton College students, staff, faculty, and administrators as well as Fullerton community members are invited to join us for these half-hour mindfulness practices.
Anyone who has an interest in building a practice of mindfulness or experienced practitioners who want to participate in a drop-in practice are encouraged to attend. No experience necessary.

Mindful Self-Compassion Program for Young Adults
Mindful Self-Compassion for Young Adults is a no-cost 8-week program held each fall and spring semester that offers participants specific tools in mindfulness and self-compassion to recognize and manage their everyday struggles. This course helps participants learn how to meet life’s challenges with kindness and compassion. This workshop series is currently on hold.
