Mindfulness for Midterms for Promise Students

Promise students, faculty, and staff: Please join us for a collaborative workshop to learn about the well-researched benefits of mindfulness – a present-moment awareness filled with curiosity, non-judgment, and kindness – and how to cultivate a practice. This workshop will include a presentation on mindfulness, a group activity, a guided meditation, and time for questions and answers.
